Private/Hard Money Loan Processor & Manager

Coastal Capital Funding is a direct private lender headquartered in VA Beach, VA. specializing in the financing of non-owner-occupied residential investment properties. CCF provides Real Estate Investors and brokers with fast, cost-effective funding solutions for their real estate investment projects.

CCF is seeking full time, organized, motivated and process driven individuals with demonstrated experience in the private lending industry. PLEASE INCLUDE RESUME and DESIRED WAGE REQUEST.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

– Daily job duties include gathering documentation, data entry, review, and validation of loan documentation, pipeline
management, budget reconciliation, draws, and servicing portfolio management.
– Obtain and review third-party services (appraisal, title, flood determination, etc.).
– Communicate with loan officers, borrowers and owner via telephone and email
– Communicating directly with clients, title companies, insurance agents, appraisers, etc. via phone, email and text
– Monitor pipeline to ensure key dates and timelines are met.
– Proactively work pipeline to meet monthly closings and set appropriate closing expectations with borrowers.
– Obtain conditions required for closing the loan. Follow-up with Borrowers and third-party providers as frequently as daily
to obtain the required documents.
– Review documentation with an eye for detail to ensure all conditions are accurate and meet CCF requirements.
– Coordinate with the Borrower to obtain and clear post-closing conditions.
– Understand and be a part of the process for customer loan draws, including inspection order process,
fund disbursements, review of invoices, lien waivers and budget.
– Review budgets submitted by Borrowers, calling out red flags and coordinating with Servicing on any concerns.
– Working directly with the owner as a VA

QUALIFICATIONS:

– Bachelor’s Degree
– Fluent in English – verbal and written
– Supervisory and Training Experience
– Three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
– Working experience in lending, banking, or real estate.
– Provide best-in-class service to borrowers from application through loan servicing. This includes timely and accurate
processing of mortgage loans from application through loan closing and managing a portfolio of servicing customers.
– Proficient with DropBox and Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Google files

**This is a fast paced industry. You MUST be able to accomplish tasks very quickly. Most loans close in 3 weeks,
and there is a lot of activity required to process a loan from start to finish
