An established Private Label Business is looking for a new team member with existing Amazon FBA private label experience to help us grow to the next level. Let’s grow a real brand together!

This is a flexible full time, ongoing employment. Hours will vary based on business requirements.
The position comes with a documented “go-to market strategy” with templates and written expectations and guidelines as well as access to a video training academy to brush up on skills.

The duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Conducting Keyword Research, Market Analysis, and Identifying Product Expansion Opportunities
• Perform a product viability study according to our checklist
• Identifying existing suppliers of products and ordering samples
• Negotiate pricing and maintain relationships with our manufacturers
• Creating and Optimizing Listing Content
• Managing PPC Campaigns: Creation, Analysis, and Optimization
• Coordinating Inventory Management with Supply Manager
• Ensuring Compliance with Amazon Operations
• Managing Social Media and Marketing Campaigns
• Collaborating with Customer Service Team for Customer Experience Management
• Ensuring Compliance with Amazon Policies, Industry Regulations, and Quality Standards
• Developing and implementing growth strategies to achieve Revenue/Profit goals
• Tracking Performance, Interpreting Data, and Reporting
• Monitoring Listings, Sales, Rank, and Competition
Communicate with 3rd party partners:
Supply Manager: Analyzing stock situation, adjusting optimization strategy
Design: Product packaging, creating photo briefs for new products
Graphic Designer: Working with the designer to finalize listing designs
PPC Agency: Defining optimization strategy

THE REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES
• Research Skills – particularly online search
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, including Data Analytics
• Planning Skills/Time Management
• Technology Skills – Google Suite, MS Excel, Social Media (eg Slack, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Skype, Zoom)
• Communication Skills; fluent in English – spoken and written

• Collaboration/Interpersonal Skills

THE REQUIRED TOOLS
• A suitable home workspace including: Desktop/laptop, A fast and stable internet connection (at least 5 MBPS) and with a back-up internet (eg pocket wifi), Noise-canceling headphones, Web camera, Skype for video calls, Quiet and professional workstation

THE OFFER
• Php $50,000 per month salary – paid bi-weekly
• Up to a 10% monthly bonus for meeting targets
