WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
The Client Success Specialist (“CSS”) is a multifaceted role that focuses on enhancing client engagement, outbound sales, and effective project management. This position is central to ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and nurture relationships with existing private clients, actively seek out new business opportunities, and support project management functions to ensure the successful delivery of our training programs. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring high client satisfaction and driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business. This position demands a proactive and customer-focused individual who possesses excellent communication, and relationship-building skills, and a keen eye for project management.

As a Client Success Specialist at Dale Carnegie Training, you will be an essential member of the Private Sales team, reporting directly to the Director of Private Sales.

KEY RESULTS AREAS:
Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with existing private clients, serving as their primary point of contact.

Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, challenges, and objectives.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of Dale Carnegie Training’s offerings and how they can address clients’ unique requirements.

Account Growth and Upselling:
Core Value (Fire in the Belly): Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional training programs and actively seek out new business opportunities, showing a “fire in the belly” attitude to drive revenue growth.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional training programs and services to existing clients.

Collaborate with the Director of Private Sales and the training delivery team to tailor solutions that align with clients’ ongoing development needs.

Conduct market research to identify and target potential outbound clients.

Create and execute effective outbound sales strategies to generate new leads and prospects.

Project Management and Client Support:

Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer support throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Manage and coordinate the execution of projects/training programs, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, track project progress, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Maintain project documentation and update stakeholders on project status regularly.

Sales Reporting and Data Analysis:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Generate regular sales reports and analytics for the Director of Private Sales, providing insights into account performance and growth opportunities.

MUST HAVES:
– Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in B2B account management, preferably in the corporate training or professional development industry.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
– Sales-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and revenue growth.
– Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
– Proficiency in using Salesforce to track client interactions and sales activities.
– Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
– Passion for personal and professional development
