We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a dynamic entrepreneur engaged in diverse business ventures across technology, non-profit work, and local businesses. This role is crucial for someone who can manage both routine and complex tasks efficiently, freeing the executive to focus on strategic relationships and business growth. Imagine being the Donna of our company—the go-to person who everyone relies on not just because you get things done, but because you do it with a flair for preemptive action and impeccable style.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who:
– Is a Detail-Oriented Implementer: You excel in using attention to detail to preemptively address and resolve issues, ensuring smooth operations and business continuity, much like Donna from “Suits” who anticipates every need before it’s spoken.
– Is a Proactive Problem Solver: You anticipate needs and tackle challenges head-on, always seeking to improve processes and outcomes.
– Has a “System-Driven” Mindset: You are organized, methodical, and thrive on creating order out of chaos, establishing systems that enhance workflow and productivity.
– Is Growth Focused: You are dedicated to personal and professional growth, always ready to take on new responsibilities and challenges.

Your key responsibilities are to:
– Manage daily administrative tasks including email triage, meeting coordination, and logistics planning.
– Take detailed notes during meetings and translate verbal communications into structured, actionable plans.
– Anticipate needs and tackle challenges head-on, always seeking to improve processes and outcomes.
– Maintain constant communication, providing briefings and essential information ahead of meetings to ensure preparedness.
– Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support business operations.
– Coordinate events, manage schedules, and ensure all necessary preparations are handled for each engagement.
– Utilize exceptional attention to detail and systematic processes to anticipate potential issues and address them before they arise, ensuring smooth business operations and continuity.

An ideal candidate will have:
– A proven track record of exceptional organizational and management skills in dynamic and diverse environments.
– Excellent communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
– Experience in high-level administrative roles or similar positions.
– Must be able to work 7am CST – 4pm CST
– A university or college degree.

Why work with us? We have:
– Exceptional Standards: As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our operational standards, enabling the principal to focus on strategic relationships and business growth.
– Extraordinary Culture: As a company that values innovation and meticulousness, we take great pride in cultivating an environment that supports learning and development, both for individuals and for the company as a whole.
– Incredible Upward Mobility: We are committed to the professional growth of our team members and provide ample opportunities for advancement within the organization, encouraging and supporting your journey to higher leadership roles.
