Your key responsibilities are to:
Manage Project Timelines: Oversee and track multiple projects, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and adhere to the highest quality standards.
Serve as Communication Hub: Be the primary point of contact for project updates and tasks, synchronizing activities across different teams and technicians. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, continuing conversations, and handling all communication logistics. This role requires proactive management of correspondence to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective exchanges of information.
Create Marketing Materials: Design and implement email sequences and marketing funnels to optimize customer engagement and increase conversions.
Analyze Marketing Data: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Lead Generation: Conduct research and execute cold outreach to generate new business leads.

An ideal candidate will have:
A proven track record of exceptional organizational and management skills in dynamic and diverse environments.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, with substantial experience in developing email marketing campaigns and funnel strategies.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
The ability to work from 7am CST to 4pm CST.
A university or college degree.
