We are looking for a proactive virtual assistant to join our small team and help manage our growing client community and online presence.
Brief:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage client relationships and our online community. The primary focus will be on community engagement and client management, with secondary responsibilities in handling emails, some aspects of sales, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:
– Actively engage with our online community, create posts, and respond to messages
– Assist with content creation for social media platforms
– Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and providing timely follow-ups
– Track tasks, manage them efficiently, and provide regular updates
– Handle emails related to client inquiries, sales, and support
Requirements:
NB: These are required skills, not “nice to have”. Please only apply if you’re comfortable and experienced or quick/efficient to learn in these.
– Proactive and able to work independently
– Highly organized with strong task management skills
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Experience in client management and customer service
– Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Trello) is a plus
– Ability to adapt and learn quickly
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently. Thorough management (organise, track, update) tasks that we talk about.
– High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
– Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Useful Skills and Experience:
– Background in customer service or client management.
– Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
– You’re comfortable using new tools, technologies and platforms.

After an initial phase of learning all aspects of the business and work requirements, you’ll be a proactive assistant in these areas. Then, when it’s clear we’re on the same wavelength, you’ll become the manager of these areas, and with proactive initiative, you’ll take the lead and assist with growing the company and its projects.
1st Phase (short trials): 1 day, then 1 week, then a month trial period.
2nd Phase: If we’re the right fit and magic happens… there’s flexibility and potential to expand significantly.
