We are Arnor B.V., a Netherlands based market research organization focused on the private equity market. I am looking for someone with excellent English and Excel skills to help me with important tasks. You will work a lot with numbers and good financial background is essential. You can do this job from your own home and largely at any time you wish. The job starts as part time but if you perform well, it will increase to full time with more responsibility and better pay.
Job Summary:
As a Virtual Personal Assistant at Arnor, your job is to make our work go smoothly. You’ll help us with office work, manage schedules, do online research and populate excel spreadsheets based on information I provide.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Help:
• Get documents and organize them neatly.
• Find information on the internet.
• Research various topics.
• Keep records of meetings and updates
2. Manage Projects:
• Keep track of when things need to be done.
• Plan meetings and events.
• Keep records of projects organized.
3. Organize Information:
• Put data into our computer systems.
• Keep things tidy so we can find them easily.
• Make sure important information stays private.
4. Travel and Events:
• Help with travel plans.
• Arrange where we stay and what we do.
• Keep track of expenses.
Qualifications:
• You’ve done a similar job before.
• You can talk and write well.
• You’re good at organizing and doing many things at once.
• You know how to use computer programs like Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• You’re careful and don’t make mistakes.
• You can work by yourself and finish tasks on time.
• You can keep secrets and not share private information.
• You like to take charge and get things done.
