Job Description:
The Probate Paralegal will be instrumental in supporting our attorneys by preparing and managing documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with probate cases. This role requires a solid understanding of American probate processes and legal procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a paralegal or legal assistant in the United States, with specific experience in probate law.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of probate documents and court filings.
Conduct legal research related to probate and estate planning matters.
Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other stakeholders to gather and relay information.
Organize and maintain probate files and documentation.
Coordinate with the legal team to ensure timely progression of cases.
Prepare estate accounts and tax returns as required.
Requirements:

**Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in the United States, with specific experience in probate law.

Excellent spoken and written English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Reliable computer and internet access for remote work.
Ability to work 9-5 EST hours, accommodating the needs of the firm and clients across different time zones.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
