Our mission is to empower businesses with efficient Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive productivity and success. We are currently seeking a Process Creation Interviewer to join our team.

Position Type: Part-Time (with potential to move to full-time)

Responsibilities:

As a Process Creation Interviewer, you will play a crucial role in capturing and documenting business processes from American business owners and their team members. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting Interviews: Conduct interviews with American business owners and team members using a predefined set of questions to elicit detailed information about their processes.

Producing Interview Notes: Carefully document interview responses and insights, creating comprehensive and accurate interview notes that will serve as the foundation for SOP creation.

Coordination: Collaborate effectively with our internal team to translate interview recordings into clear and precise SOPs, ensuring that the documented processes accurately reflect the information gathered.

Building Rapport: Establish and maintain strong rapport with clients, fostering a positive and collaborative working relationship throughout the interview process.

Organization and Time Management: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule efficiently to ensure timely completion of interviews and documentation.

Language Proficiency: Be an excellent English speaker with a preference for no discernible accent, ensuring clear communication during interviews and document creation.

Workspace: Maintain a conducive and professional workspace to conduct interviews and complete tasks effectively.

Availability: Be available during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours to accommodate client interviews and team coordination.

Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
Previous experience in interviewing or process documentation is a plus.
Access to a stable and secure workspace conducive to conducting interviews.
Reliable internet connectivity.
Willingness to transition to a full-time role based on performance and company needs.
