Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies. This role will focus on analyzing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and quality across the agency.

This position works between 2-4 hours per day which is why there the monthly wage range.

Key Responsibilities:
– Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement.
– Develop and implement process improvement strategies using Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies.
– Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes.
– Provide training and support to staff on new processes and methodologies.
– Use data-driven analysis to drive decision-making and improvements.
– Create and maintain documentation of processes and improvements.

Qualifications:
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools.
– Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
