OVERVIEW

As the Personal Chief of Operations (PCO) at EVORETRO, you will play a vital role in supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in driving the operational success of the company. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing valuable assistance in strategic initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic and fast-growing company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Assist the COO and CEO in day-to-day operational tasks, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
– Support the COO and CEO in strategic planning and execution, including project management and tracking progress.
– Manage and prioritize tasks and projects using project management tools such as Asana.
– Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
– Collaborate with different departments, including Sales, Amazon, and Wholesale, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
– Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
– Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
– Support the COO and CEO in special projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
– Proven experience in a similar role, supporting senior executives.
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
– Experience using project management tools, such as Asana, is highly desirable.
– Knowledge of sales processes, preferably in the Amazon or Wholesale sector, would be an asset.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
– Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
