About the position
This is a rewarding long-term career opportunity to work alongside an established Ink 5000 company with senior-level business owners and successful executives who strive to make a greater impact in the world. As a Process Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support our executives in business process implementation and management, create long-term partnerships with our team members, and develop new skill sets in a variety of industries. You will join our team as a part-time employee with the opportunity to become full-time in due course, based on performance.
As a Process Specialist you’ll apply your professional skills in a wide range of tasks including:
• Creating and managing process and project management structure on ClickUp platform.
• Create and manage filing system for the business
• Developing a system for managing all sensitive information by creating permission tiering for easy implementation of employee access to files
• Creating efficiency in filing
• Helping to coordinate on special needs with each departments project management or filing system.
• Attending calls with the CEO as needed and taking notes to ensure nothing is missed.
• Researching and documenting business inefficiencies.
• Attending the weekly team meet and assist in project management task creation.
• Coordinating with other members of the team to ensure you have completed everything needed and provided clarity around how to use the systems you create.
Your Skills and Experience:
• A minimum of 4 years of calendar management experience including coordinating meetings, appointments, and schedules for executives.
• A stable internet connection.
• Have antivirus setup on their computer.
• Is fluent and can verbally communicate in English
• Ability to multitask, set goals, and prioritize work as needed.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to Create and manage the creation of SOP’s and flow charts.
• Have experience with ClickUp project management.
• Have experience using G-Drive, Microsoft 365, and One Drive
• Have high-level communication skills (written and verbal).
• Love calendars, lists, and checking off tasks.
• Are able to use discretion and confidentiality.
• Love of organization, systems, process-driven, and supporting a 7-figure business to achieve better efficiency.
• Must be dependable, show up on time during set hours, communicate any changes in schedule in real-time.
• Are efficient and fast-paced.
• Have highly developed self-awareness.
• Are helpful and supportive.
• Are a problem solver.
