Role Overview:
Our Procurement Manager role offers a unique opportunity to delve into the world of supplier research and product development. You will gain hands-on experience in identifying and securing top-quality suppliers and raw materials, as well as researching new product opportunities, which are crucial for our business’s success.

Your Role as a Procurement Manager:
– Conduct research to identify encapsulating companies and raw material suppliers.
– Explore new product opportunities and trends within the supplement industry.
– Identify and establish relationships with suppliers in Germany for the Germany marketplace.
– Identify and establish relationships with suppliers in Canada for the Canada marketplace.
– Identify and establish relationships with Mexican suppliers for the US or Mexico marketplace.
– Continuously search for new US suppliers to enhance our supply chain.
– Collaborate with product development teams to ensure new products meet our quality standards.
– Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring timely and quality deliveries.
– Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible outcomes for the company.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
