FULL TIME PROCUREMENT SPECIALISTS
REMOTE (WORK FROM HOME/ANYWHERE)

WORK DAYS (PH Time)
Mondays to Fridays from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM PH Time
and Saturday shift from 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM PH Time

USD 3.50/hr

NATURE OF THE BUSINESS:
High end cake and cupcake store in Australia

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Monitors and tracks daily purchases
– Verifies/counter checks deliveries made by vendors
– Coordinates with overseas staff to check inventory
– Conducts research in the internet to find the most cost efficient products & vendors
– Processes documents for vendor applications
– Coordinates between main store and warehouse for stock replenishment & transfers
– Email & calls suppliers regarding follow up of orders, product inquiries, and other concerns that may arise
– Monitors inventory stock list of items and sets up PAR counts for each item
– Coordinates with local staff (PH) for other tasks
– Advises staff and/or faculty as to appropriate choices of standard items to be purchased
– Selects vendors, places orders, and may arrange for service contract
– Follows up on orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates
– Maintains records and follow up files of purchases, shipments, and related matters
– Maintains files of descriptions of available supplies
– May inspect products received for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications
– Performs related job duties as required

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We need someone who’s organized and detail oriented – triple Virgo level. Preferably someone with experience with MRPEasy, procurement/inventory management, account management/coordination. We need someone positively assertive and will be committed to what we’re trying to achieve as a team. Someone honest with a very good work ethic – someone we can trust with remote work. Passionate, creative, can work under pressure and can definitely multi-task. A strong problem solver and someone not afraid of changes for improvement. Obviously someone who’s ready to work remotely with their own laptop, internet connection and has their Business Continuity Plan in place (back up laptop, second connection, a nearby place she can run to just to make sure work is uninterrupted in case of a power outage, etc.).
