We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services required for the company’s operations. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate procurement records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supplier Management:
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that arise.
• Procurement Process:
• Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
• Review and analyze purchase requisitions for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Contract Negotiation:
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
• Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Cost Management:
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement strategies to reduce expenses.
• Analyze market trends and pricing to ensure competitive procurement.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to management.
• Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies related to procurement.
• Identify and mitigate procurement risks.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
