Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Executive to manage the company’s supply of products and services. Responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers. The Procurement Executive’s duty is to discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses so the company can invest in growth and people.

Job Scope
– Working with the Head of Products to set price points for the company’s products.
– Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies
– Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
– Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
– Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
– Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
– Examine and test existing contracts
– Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness
– Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
– Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients
– Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
– Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
– Control spending and build a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs
– Simple copywriting for various product descriptions

Qualifications, Required Skills and Competencies
– Working experience as a Procurement Manager, Procurement Executive or Head of Procurement is a bonus.
– Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, as well as dexterity in “reading” the market
– Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties of different backgrounds.
– Talent in negotiations and networking
– Can multi-task and manage various suppliers from small to big factories.
– Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
– Experience in collecting and analyzing data
– Proven record of excellent budget and tight time management skills.
– Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
– Adaptability, strong problem-solving skills with attention to details
– Strong leadership capabilities
– BS degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration is a bonus.
– Fluent in MS Office Suite. Experience in Adobe Suite (Photoshop / Lightroom / Illustrator) is a bonus.
