We’re busy and need another team member to help customers smash their health goals.

This listing is for our Product Catalog Manager position, but as we grow the possibilities are wide open!

JOB OVERVIEW
You will be fully responsible for our online store’s product catalog.
Your role will start slowly, starting with onboarding, learning our core values, and some backend processes to understand how our store works. This is very important.
Your role will progress into uploading new products to our store for newly onboarded vendors or new products that are brought to market by our current vendors.
Ultimately you will have ownership of our entire product catalog (currently about 2000 products!), which will include updating, editing and optimizing our product descriptions, pricing, inventory levels and more. This is very important to our operations and the first step in ensuring the end result – a happy customer!
You’ll definitely have email and/or phone communications with our vendors, but customer interaction will probably be limited as the position currently stands.
It doesn’t stop there, though. We have lofty goals and need team members that share the same ambition.

PAY
Based on ability and experience, ranging from $600-1000/month.

Honest & Reliable
Strong Written and Spoken Communication
Fluent in English (near native speaker)
Comfortable with basic business math
Comfortable talking on the phone with vendors
Experienced with Google Sheets
Experienced with Shopify
Able to learn many different kinds of tasks
Critical thinking skills: ability to think through a problem or situation & solve it
Organized, able to follow a process – important
Pay attention to details
Type 50 WPM
Preferred:
eCommerce experience

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
*REQUIRED – Internet: Fast, stable connection that is NOT interrupted
Work Environment: We prefer all of our employees to work in a setting that would allow them to answer the phone quickly at any time during business hours, even if they do not have a phone-forward role. No loud background noise – no coffee shops, children, dogs, etc. Must have a quiet setting and video camera for weekly team meetings.
WORKING HOURS
Full time position (40 hours/week) | Schedule negotiable but preference will be given to candidates that can work closely with our normal business hours:
Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM US Eastern Time with a lunch break.
