Product Designer for Personalized Gifts (Full Time & Long Term)

We’re a company based in Germany that sells personalised gifts. Our main audience are female best friends, families and couples. In 2019 two Students started our company and today we’re looking for you: Our Awesome Full-Time and Long Term Product Designer.

This is who we are looking for:
– Great with Photoshop / Illustrator
– Has an awesome eye for Design- / Font- & Color-Composition
– Good English skills
– You can tell what makes a product good or you can improve upon existing designs
– You can come up with your own ideas for new designs or products
– Optional: Drawing Skills, Font Creation

At the moment our customers visit our website, choose a product f.e. a best friend mug with a certain design and personalise it with their best friends name. (Click to view/collections/mugs/products/woman-dogs-personalize-mug?variant=31Click to view84) Your Job would be to come up with completely new designs, improve existing designs or design products for totally new stores and niches (f.e. a Store for Horses).

As our Designs are what differentiate us from our competitors our main focus is to hire the person best suited to design the best looking product to further expand our growth. Proving that you can balance colors and fonts with a great portfolio really goes a long way in the application. Adding our names Rhys and Lukas at the very beginning also helps as we can then know that you’ve read the whole application.

This is the type of work we’d expect from you:
– Creating new designs based on our ideas
– Research competitors designs
– Pitch new design ideas you came up with
– Create the products in our store

Based on the skill level you bring with you and If you are able to create & edit fonts, draw cliparts and create facebook ads we’d be willing to pay up to 1200$ per month in two separate payments.
