Product Designer (Photoshop, TeeInBlue)

We’re looking for you: a Digital Artist that can design products and create/draw cliparts!

**Sounds great – what do I need to be good at?**

First of all, the most important thing we are looking for in our new team members is reliability and dedication to our new team. Great English skills also go a long way. The following list displays the design skills we’re looking for:

– Good with Photoshop
– Great eye for Product Design / Fonts and Color composition
– Digital Drawing skills are a huge bonus (Creating Cliparts in Procreate f.e. this will affect your pay positively)
– Optional: Tee-In-Blue (Shopify App), Font Creation

**I’m great at Design and I love drawing but what exactly do you do again?**

We’re two 24-year-old friends from Germany and are called Lukas & Rhys. We own a couple of E-Commerce Stores that sell personalized Print-on-Demand products in Germany each covering different Categories for example personalized Posters of your favorite pet. Our customers choose a design, a product and can then personalize the design by changing fonts, entering custom text, or by uploading an image. Our customers are mainly women between 25 – 35 looking for gifts for their partner, family members or their best friend.

**Alright, but what do you need me for?**

What we’re looking for is someone that can help us design more graphics for products. For example, we might ask you to design a floral themed phone case or to create cliparts of a man from the back holding up something (example: Click to view/collections/mugs/products/woman-dogs-personalize-mug?variant=31Click to view84). Eventually, when you’re comfortable with creating the designs and cliparts, we’ll introduce you to the tool we use to offer the designs to customers so that you can create those in our store as well.

**Great, sounds fun! But why would I want to work for you?**

With the job that we are offering you will be able to let your creativity flow freely. You’ll be able to bring in your ideas and implement them. The work you do will directly influence the business’s success. Due to this, we plan on working closely with you and want you to grow with us. We’re also offering you to work flexible hours as long as you’re being productive and we have an easy time cooperating you’re free to work when it suits you best. On top of all this, we want to offer you the opportunity to grow your Design Skills by offering you the opportunity to book courses we pay for! Just let us know what you’d like to learn. Starting off, we’d want you to work 20 hours a week. Once we feel that you can work by yourself we’d step you up to Full Time!

**Okay, that sounds interesting but how much are you paying?**

We plan on paying you twice a month, the pay you receive will depend on the experience you bring in as an individual and will also strongly depend on if you also bring in drawing skills. On top of this, your work hours will be taken into account.

**Great, so how can I get started?**

First of all, we are looking for an application that tells us shows us you’ve taken the time of reading this. For example by saying sausage at the beginning of your application. If we can tell that you’ve read this carefully you’ll already stand out from the mass of the applications. The thing that catches us the most Is If you have a portfolio of previous work that displays your skill in font and color composition. We really want to see that you can see the difference in a good looking vs a bad looking product.
