What You’ll Be Doing
Collaborate with a small team to enhance user experience through iterative improvements.
Guide new features through the entire development process, from concept to prototyping, user testing, and production.
Create user-friendly web and mobile experiences that prioritize simplicity and intuitiveness.
Collaborate with the team to establish and document scalable design patterns.
Engage in regular design reviews to actively seek feedback on designs and incorporate relevant suggestions.
Contribute to the execution of the product roadmap and assist in shaping product strategy.
Foster daily collaboration with Engineering, User Research, and Product teams.

What We Look For In You
4+ years of professional Product Design experience
Proficient English speaker and communicator
Experience designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile
Excellence in UX thinking, visual design, and written communication
Experience working in a collaborative environment with engineers, user researchers, and product teams
Seeking user feedback when designing and launching new products
Fluency in Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and prototyping tools
Low ego, collaborative, and open minded

Nice to haves
Experience creating microanimations
