We are looking for a Product Developer for an Amazon e-Commerce Business based in Germany to join our growing team. As a Product Developer, you will play a crucial role in the ideation, design, and development of our next-generation products. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for bringing innovative ideas to life.
Responsibilities:
– Product Screening Review
Thoroughly examine the features and specifications of each product under consideration.
Maintain organized and comprehensive records of each product screening, detailing observations, findings, and recommendations.
-Create Product Specification
Create clear and concise technical specifications documents that outline product features, functionalities, and design requirements.
Develops unique selling points (USPs) and emotional selling points (ESPs) for a new product
-Conduct Market Research
Conduct comprehensive research to identify and analyze current market trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments.
Stay informed about changes in consumer behavior and preferences within the target market.
-Create Purchase Order and Briefing
Identify any specific documentation or certifications required for the procurement.
-Create Marketing Guide
Create engaging and informative content for the marketing guide, including product descriptions, key messages, and value propositions.
-Initiate Quality Inspection
Coordinate with 3rd party inspector to initiate/request the quality inspection and endorse to Supplier Sourcing Team for coordination
Review inspection reports and resolve any issues identified during in-process inspections with the Supplier Sourcing Team.
Qualifications:
1-2 years demonstrated expertise in the field of product development.
Experience in handling Amazon is a plus
With engineering background(preferably mechanical or chemical engineer, package, manufacturing, electronic) is a must
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and analyze market research and product screening.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on creating and maintaining accurate product specifications.
Familiarity with intellectual property considerations and patent research is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
