We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in product development, as well as industry experience in the water, air, pool and spa, and hot water heater industries.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify differentiated products and technology in the water, air, pool and spa, and hot water heater industries.
Find and establish relationships with technology partners.
Obtain quotes and negotiate terms to source products.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure that products meet our quality and cost standards.
Stay current on industry trends and developments.
Qualifications:
Relevant experience in product development
Industry experience in the water, air, pool and spa, and hot water heater industries.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related field.
