We’re looking for a full-time, permanent product executive/manager to handle our brand’s product development to meet our e-commerce campaign needs. Job Description
– Continuous product development, analysis and improvements.
– Ensuring products/designs are created to expected standards, in line with brand guideline and commercially sound.
– Drive product design evaluations and reviews, providing actionable insights to improve product quality and identify potential manufacturing issues.
– Researching new products/designs for production.
– Source for, negotiate with and work with the best manufacturers/suppliers.
– Creating, tracking and managing bulk production orders.
– Research and evaluate the latest trends and analyse competitor activity.
– Monitor, track, analyse, improve and report on product sales performance.
– Recommend improvements to management to increase performance.
– Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
– Providing administrative support, as and when needed to the manager.

Requirements
– Full-time position Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Philippines Time)
– Strong eye for winning product designs that can go viral
– Able to work remotely (from home)
– Proficiency in inventory analysis, sourcing and negotiation is a plus
– Very meticulous, has a keen eye for detail.
– Tech savvy, analytical/data driven decision maker and strong problem solver (this role will have a lot of challenging problems ahead)
– Self-directed, execution-focused, and incredibly well-organized with a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
– Committed, responsible to the job and willing to “go the extra mile” if required
– No experience needed but must be an A player that can learn and adapt fast
