Product Lister

We are looking for a skilled Product Lister to join our Product Data Team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the listing of multiple products and categories across the business, sourcing product information from various areas (e.g manufacturer websites), importing new product codes into an information management system, and completing the various merchandising steps needed to list products across our websites and marketplace channels.

We’re looking for someone who has an eye for detail, experience in a similar product listing role and the ability to work fast and effectively to meet deadlines.

You will have a ‘right first time’ approach and understand the impacts of poor data quality, as well as the ability to communicate well with both internal and external stakeholders.

More about the role

– Import & update product data (including: new product codes, product titles, attributes, images and copy) within an information management system
– Basic photo editing, background removal and resizing to meet channel requirements
– Demonstrate copy writing skills & utilise AI tools to create custom product descriptions
– Accurately follow category set-up guides to ensure products are set up right first time
– Manage direct relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to retrieve additional content or marketing materials
– Communicate updates and flag potential issues with key stakeholders internally and externally

You will need to have access to a laptop or desktop and monitor with a minimum screen resolution of 1280 x 720px or 1366 x 768px (HD ready) in order to use our systems, as well as full access to the internet.
