Product Lister German Shopify Dropship store

We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Product Lister / Copywriter for our German Shopify Dropshipping store. As a Product Lister, you will be responsible for curating and optimizing product listings on our e-commerce platform. Also you will be creating compelling copy for product descriptions, and occasionally producing custom content such as thumbnails, product photos.

Responsibilities:

– Lists products on our German Shopify Dropshipping store.
– Write engaging, and persuasive, product descriptions in German to attract and captivate potential customers.
– Search for product photos, gif’s etc.
– Optimize product listings by incorporating relevant keywords, enhancing images, and organizing products into appropriate categories and collections.
– Occasionally create custom content, such as thumbnails, ad logos etc, or enhance the visual appeal of our videos.

Requirements:

– Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills,
– Able to translate to German text with tools like Deepl and ChatGPT.
– Proven experience in product listing and copywriting for e-commerce platforms and dropshipping stores, preferably with Shopify.
– Strong knowledge of SEO principles and practices to optimize product listings for search engine rankings.
– Familiarity with the principles of dropshipping and understanding of this market.
– A keen eye for detail and the ability to write concise, compelling, and error-free product descriptions.
– Some experience in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Capcut or Canva, for creating small custom content.
– Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.
– Able to work with a Trello board to list the products on.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience working with Trello and other dropshipping apps/plugins.
– Basic understanding of video/photo editing software and the ability to create simple graphics or animations with German subtitles if necessary.
