Product Lister Shopify E-commerce Store

I own and operate an e-commerce dropshipping business with a store in Germany.

I’m looking for long-term employees to join my team. There is a lot of room for advancement for individuals that continuously make a meaningful contribution to our firm. We are looking for exceptional applicants who will represent the firm through their ability to create product listings that convert to sales.

If you were to join our team, we have a very clear process for you to follow that will help you list the products on our website. For almost every situation, we have the same steps that you can follow, which makes the tasks pretty straightforward.

You need to be familiar with the following apps/platforms:
DeepL (to translate any text to German)
WhatsApp (communication channel)
Trello (communication channel)
Shopify (platform where we host our store)
Poky (product import tool)
Canva and/or Photoshop

Your responsibilities:
Listing products on our website (either import from other website or create from scratch)
Contact with our supplier regarding product details (colors, sizes, pricing, size charts, availability)
Creating product descriptions
Be able to create a list of USP’s per product
If needed, you’ll edit images or create gifs for the product listing
Understand the order in which photos should be placed to convince a customer to make a purchase
Always maintain a high level of professionalism
Able to list at least 5 products per day, 7 days a week

Applicant must be precise, proactive, creative, driven, and eager to learn and improve. Immediate availability to join is required, as is fluency in written and spoken English.

You should ideally have some expertise with listing products in an online shopping environment, but ultimately, we want to work with someone who enjoys learning and developing their skills. I don’t want inconsistencies in the listings I put on the website. Example: inconsistency in using the right language, rearranging the order of the product images to create a logical flow, and so on.
