Job Description

We are not just looking for a Virtual Assistant to just fill a job, but also a long-term position to join an e-commerce company based in Australia. You are required to be familiar with the Catch / Amazon marketplace and have relevant work experience.

As you review the description, we welcome any questions you may have about the position or our team. The position will start at 10 hours per week (with 2 hours a day, we’d like you to work on every working day), and you can choose your own hours.

Our team will be choosing candidates for an audition. After submission of work, we will choose who to bring on as a new hire. The audition will take no more than 10 minutes and require you to do the basic Excel edit and very basic HTML coding.

Your role will be:
– Fill in the product information to the relevant field in the Excel file template, and submit to those platforms;
– Optimize product title and description, and write product keywords, in accepted format and values;
– Monitor product status in Catch and Amazon platforms, and ensure they are live.
– Follow up with the platform support if there are any issues with the listing.

Requirements:
+ Personal computer with a Windows operating system (preferably Windows 10 or newer)
+ Access to a spreadsheet editor and word processing software (preferably MS Excel / Word – if not available, we can provide and activate these for you)
+ Having working experience in product listing.

Qualities Needed To Be Successful
Skills:
– Good attitude to work and self-progress
– Product listing and upload experience in an E-commerce company
– Basic HTML knowledge
– Advanced research skills and categorizing products
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Excellent English in writing is needed to understand the products and to communicate with the team
