Product Listing Specialist – Shopify – Full Time

We’re a fast-growing US online home goods retailer looking for a Full-Time Product Listing Specialist.

We believe in QUALITY > QUANTITY and providing the best possible user experience for our customers, and that’s why creating detailed and informative product pages is our top priority.

Join our team if you are a Product Listing Specialist who can MANUALLY UPLOAD technical products from our suppliers’ websites onto our online store. This is NOT for “AliExpress” dropshipping. We DO NOT use Oberlo or similar apps.

The job DOES NOT involve copywriting. You will be taking all the information from the official documents provided by our suppliers and list it in our store in a clean and organized way. That includes pictures, videos, descriptions, specifications, manuals, linking accessories, creating options, and more.

We’re only looking for long-term, ongoing cooperation. The first days are dedicated to training, and getting familiar with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

The offer is semi-flexible, allowing for full-time work (minimum 40 hours per week). You can partially choose your own hours; however, 4 hours must be fixed to the American EST morning. Once you select a shift, we ask that you commit to it.

Requirements:

1. Basic Shopify knowledge
2. Excellent in following step-by-step instructions
3. Have patience in doing multiple revisions in order to achieve our goal to have the Best Product Page on the Internet
4. Attention to detail – Are you a perfectionist? Perfect! That’s what our company needs and what our customers love about our product pages.
5. Excellent English writing skill is needed to understand the products and to communicate with the team.
6. Ability to reach out to suppliers to ask for necessary files
7. Strong internet connection – that should not slow you down. Please provide your speed test result in your proposal.
9. Work on two screens is a plus.
