Product Manager

Based: Remote (Company is based in the UK and working hours are UK hours 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday)

This role reports to the CEO and Operations Manager and is responsible for maintaining and growing the product range, enabling cross sales and up sales opportunities to existing client base and growing new business (revenue and profit). You will define the product roadmap and strategy to meet business, customer and sales objectives. Identifying new product opportunities, sourcing supply and launch/promote new range.

Growing the product portfolio based on market data, insights and sales data analysis, managing the product pricing, supporting the sales team with sales targets, product training and technical information.

You will have B2B experience, preferably in the network accessories sector, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing product strategy and roadmap.

Introduce new and complementary product ranges. Cross sell and up sell existing range. Grow the range of products purchased by each existing client and therefore annual sales revenue by customer.

Maintain and grow existing product catalogue in line with market and customer demand across all platforms internally and externally, including the website and ERP/CRM.

Produce and ensure all product material is available for every product category including data sheets.

Promote features and benefits of any product ranges internally and externally.

Conduct product surveys, gather and analyse customer product data. Audit current product development process and project management processes for product life cycle. Research competitors, similar products and present a monthly or quarterly monitoring report

Attend conferences and events related to the product sector.

Skills Required:

You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

You have at least 3 years experience, ideally within a Product Manager or Network Engineer / Systems Engineer role.

You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.

You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.

You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.

You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
