Product Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Product Manager with strong project management skills to join our team. As a Software Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and successful launch of software products and features. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define product requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring product success and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, and marketing teams, to understand market needs and gather requirements.
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.
• Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, release plans, and project schedules.
• Work closely with development teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and provide guidance throughout the development process.
• Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential product enhancements.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces.
• Manage project scope, budget, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and proactively address challenges to meet project objectives.
• Conduct post-launch product performance analysis and gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and iterate on future product releases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years as a proven Software Product Manager, overseeing the development and launch of software products.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on schedule.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a strong ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address complex challenges.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software development tools, such as JIRA or Asana.
• Experience in the software industry, preferably with knowledge of SaaS or cloud-based products.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and best practices is a plus.
