Position Overview
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the products that power our innovative eSIM platform. You’ll have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and collaborate with a passionate team of developers, designers, and marketers to create seamless user experiences. This full-time, remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, allowing you to achieve the perfect work-life balance. Responsibilities
•Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with our goals and user needs.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to bring new features to life.
•Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities.
•Gather product requirements from all stakeholders.
•Review requirements from all perspectives: commercial, technical, legal, financial, operational, etc.
•Write user stories, detailed specifications and technical requirements.
•Maintain the backlog, plan and prioritise projects and tasks
•Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
•Analyse product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimisation.
•Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to stakeholders at all levels.

Required Experience
•At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech startup environment.
•Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
•Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
•High level of written and spoken English.
•Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
•Ability to take initiative and work efficiently in a remote environment.
•Experience integrating AI tools into product manager workflows.

Bonus Experience
•Experience with eSIM technology or the telecom industry.
•Background in UX/UI design or software development.
•Familiarity with tools like Linear, Jira, Confluence, and other product management software.

Qualifications
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
•Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.
•Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
