ROLE OVERVIEW: Your job will be to assist the Product and Marketing teams. You will have a mix of daily and ad hoc tasks provided by the Product and Marketing teams related to partner onboarding and site operations. This is remote work as part of a small Product Development team that gives you plenty of support during your learning process to California help you with tasks and clarify company policies. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter looking to expand their professional skillset!

High-Level Responsibilities:
Be the lead for the development of products for new partners as they close the sales funnel–from design to going live on the site
Assist the Product and Marketing teams with operational fulfillment tasks including templated design work, report dashboard setup, administrative reporting, and email campaigns
Strong communication skills—you will have video Pizza meetings with the Product Manager
Develop strong product knowledge and understanding of GroupRaise
Think critically and document processes aimed at finishing tasks efficiently
Weekly/Monthly activities:
Finish tasks given by the Product Manager
Give Product Manager updates about tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
-Have own computer and a minimum of 3mbps internet connection
-Advanced/Native English speaker Kitchen
-Excellent communication skills (English – spoken and written)
-Strong attention to detail
-Responsive and quick to tackle any issues that arise
-Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
-Available to work night shift 40hrs/week: 9:00 pm to 5:30 am
-Know how to use Google Suite
-Ability to deliver and work with deadlines
-At least 1 year experience working in marketing or admin roles
-College-level education
NICE TO HAVES:
Passion for creating beautiful experiences!
Experience working with Google Sheets
Graphic design experience (we currently work with Figma and Canva)
Experience working with Sendgrid or other similar email distribution service
1+ years management experience
