Job Title: Product Manager
GTM Brands is looking for an Ecommerce Product Manager to drive product testing for market fit and to iterate existing product designs to improve differentiation, customer experience and margins.
We’re a close-knit team of 21 who are doing big things in the Ecommerce space serving +100,000 customers each year and are in the top 1% of Ecommerce brands online (revenue).
Can you take a product from concept to shipping 1000’s of orders per day? Do you have experience working shoulder to shoulder with operations, suppliers and manufacturing partners in China, the US and Mexico? Have experience testing products on Facebook or other online channels? Know the right questions to ask audiences to understand what products we can serve them with and when? If so, then this is for you.
To be successful in this role you’ll work as a key member in our marketing team and supply chain team to build and execute a process for testing new Ecommerce products and iterating on our proven products.

Test products for product market fit.
Drive product development from concept to shipping to customers at scale.
Market research on what our audience wants and current pain points.
Coordinate product development between marketing, operations and suppliers/manufacturers.
Iterate on existing products to differentiate and improve margins.
Develop and execute processes for product market fit testing.
Own product, packaging and unboxing experience so they are consistent and deliver on Brand promise.

– Experience with testing products for product market fit.
– Practice EOS, Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
– Experience working with Chinese, Mexican and US suppliers.

– Team player, able to take on feedback and implement it quickly to achieve greater results.

Compensation and Benefits:
Full time position with monthly salary paid once or twice a month. Salary paid in USD and based on experience and skill.
Fully remote position. Work from where you’re in a state of flow and are available to collaborate with your team on Slack, Skype and video calls.

This is a full time position.
You will be required to coordinate with the rest of the team for at least 5 hours per day in the EST time zone. For the rest of the schedule you can login earlier or later depending on your preference.
