Product Manager / Project Manager – Web Application Development

We’re leveraging technology to make a significant real-world impact. We’re a growing team of innovative minds making a difference, and we’re on the hunt for a Product Manager/Project Manager who’s ready to jump in and help us develop a new web-based application.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers to design and launch a complex web and mobile application.
• Manage the overall project and ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Create detailed project plans including breakdown structures, schedules, risk analyses, and cost projections.
• Coordinate sprint planning and retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming.
• Oversee all aspects of the project including technical decisions, resource allocation, risk management, and communication.
• Liaise with stakeholders, communicating project status and escalating issues as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in web application development.
• Familiarity with PHP/Laravel, Click to view, and MySQL.
• Understanding of modern web development practices and Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools like Jira or Asana.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time even in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or other project management certification.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.)
