Product Owner: Designer & Manager

Responsibilities:
• Build New Designs
– Brainstorm ideas to meet requirements
– Do design research
– Create & iterate on Figma
– Create SVG/PNG assets (e.g., logos, photo edits, graphics)

• Maintain Design Libraries
– Keep Figma and Production site in Sync
– QA production site to match Figma
– Continuous UI & UX improvements

• Research Design Improvements
– Find beautiful images & create guides for image research to create better content
– Find cool UX or UI ideas & present

• Partner with Engineers
– Create engineering tickets for UX/UI
– Iterate with engineers to implement UX/UI

• Product Management
– Define product vision and strategy
– Prioritize product features and capabilities
– Create and manage product roadmaps
– Conduct market research to identify user needs
– Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver product milestones
– Gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders

$1,500 USD
Remote position in the Design team at Rank Genius Corp., working on products that reach a wide audience

• Location & Hours
Remote — Team works remotely on normal daytime hours 9-5, Hours can be flexible

Requirements:
3+ years prior PM experience
Be Good with Figma, GitHub & Adobe Suite
Know how to write a clear engineering ticket
Strong understanding of product management principles
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
