Job Description:
As a Quotation Sourcing Agent, you will be responsible for sourcing and obtaining quotations from suppliers/vendors to fulfill our company’s procurement needs. You will play a crucial role in securing competitive pricing while maintaining the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, meticulous, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential suppliers/vendors for required products/services through thorough research and networking.
• Request and collect quotations from multiple suppliers/vendors, ensuring all necessary details are included.
• Analyze and compare quotations to determine the most cost-effective options without compromising quality.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers/vendors to achieve favorable agreements.
• Collaborate closely with the procurement team to communicate requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Maintain accurate quotations, negotiations, and supplier/vendor information records.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and industry developments to inform decision-making.
Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quotation Sourcing Agent or in a similar procurement role.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure competitive pricing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in gathering and analyzing data.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using Slack/ Discord / Google sheet.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
