We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with a background in the product promotions industry to join our family. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and creative tasks related to our product promotions activities.
Schedule: within 8 AM to 5 PM CDT
Flexible Part-time (60 hours/month)
Main Responsibilities:
-Manage purchase orders, invoices, quotes, margin and markup calculations, and other related administrative tasks
-Conduct product research to identify new trends and opportunities
-Email correspondence
-Assist in the preparation of presentations and marketing materials
-Perform minimal design duties such as creating simple graphics or editing photos
-Provide support on ad-hoc tasks as needed
Requirements/Qualifications:
-Minimum of 1 year experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably in the product promotions industry
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw or Canva is a plus
-Experience with SAGE and ASI
-Experience with QuickBooks is preferred
-Ability to work independently and proactively
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
-High attention to detail and accuracy
