Product Research and Content Creator Management – Virtual Assistant (VA)

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team, focusing on product research and development, as well as content management. This role is ideal for someone who is adept in coordinating with suppliers, managing digital assets, and handling various administrative tasks to support our brand’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
– Communicate with suppliers to acquire assets (videos and images) for products.
– Efficiently organize and upload assets to Google Drive.
– Assist in copywriting for new products using ChatGPT (training will be provided).
– Keep spreadsheets up-to-date with product information and other relevant data.
– Liaise with content creators for product dispatch, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely submission of content.
– Manage received content by organizing it in Google Drive.
– Regularly update the team on the progress of content creators and follow up to ensure timely delivery of content.
– Create draft orders in Shopify to dispatch products to content creators.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in product research and content management.
– Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
– Mandatory experience with Shopify.
– Excellent communication skills and a reliable high-speed internet connection (please include a screenshot of your internet speed with your application).
– Experience in communicating with Alibaba/AliExpress suppliers is desirable.

Application Experience:
– Familiarity with ClickUp (training will be provided).
– Proficiency in using Slack for team communication.
– Skilled in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
– Previous work experience involving similar responsibilities.
