JOB OVERVIEW
ROLE:
We are looking for a hard working VA with experience in Amazon FBA private label product research for US marketplace.
The role will involve finding potentially profitable products that meet given criteria and inputting related details into a spreadsheet.
Focus will be on discovering “low competition” product opportunities that are consistently selling with relatively stable price. We can provide guidance and top level training but expecting the person to have good understanding/history of how product research for Amazon FBA works.
We require the research work to be performed exclusively for us and products opportunities not to be shared with other clients.
The individual must have experience of doing a similar role and be fluent in using tools such as Helium 10, Blackbox, Magnet & Cerebro. Additional training will also be provided.
Over time we are looking for someone to work with us on a long term basis and help grow the business.
We need someone who can take on board and follow instructions, but also think outside the box, make recommendations, bounce ideas off and become a vital member of a small team.
The Rainmaker Family is fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing. Our work hours are flexible. You may work any time of day or day of the week as long as the work is getting done. There are opportunities for bonuses based on performance. There will also be seasons we will need to work some additional hours.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains a positive and inclusive environment and ensures adherence to the groups guidelines and policies.
Work closely with your lead and team members to stay on top of issues that arise.
Attend Team L10 meetings or 1:1 with Lead as needed
Coordinate with your lead when issues arise
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Check into Slack first thing in the morning & before your shift ends.
Complete tasks and routines on daily, in a timely manner and by the due date.
Clear notifications and inbox daily.
Research product opportunities on Amazon and provide relevant information about product opportunities.

AGREEMENT TERMS
– If for any reason you are unable to complete the duties outlined within your role or will be out for a certain period of time, let your lead know as soon as possible to make proper arrangements.
– Base Pay: $3.5USD/HR
– Meetings: 1hr Team Meetings every other week with your team
– HOURS: Hours are flexible as long as work is being completed. There is a 1 hour meeting every other week at 2 pm PST. Other than that work hours are flexible.
NOT INCLUDED IN THIS ROLE:
-When team members are focused on the responsibilities of the role and stay in their lane, all systems run smoothly. Here are some things Product Research Specialist will not do:
– Take/arrange payments from any customer
– Correct team members publicly (praise is for public, correction is for private)
– Call leads
– Answer customers in direct email correspondence
