As an Amazon Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, focusing on product research, sourcing, and helping us expand our product catalog. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Product Research:
Identify profitable products using various tools and resources.
Analyze market trends, competitor data, and pricing strategies.
Evaluate product demand and potential profitability.
Create a Daily Product Sourcing Plan/Strategy;
Search, analyze, and evaluate online suppliers and their product categories/product range, in line with the company’s profit and sales targets as well as budget;
Consider various criteria in searching and choosing products, including competitor data, sales data, market/consumer trends, buying behavior, associated risks, and overall business environment
Create product mix strategy, considering stock levels per peak seasons, special events, and supplier lead time;
Analyze profit performance of products and evaluate profitability trends as well as pricing strategy, using various tools such as Keepa, and SAS;
Track and analyze trends on products consumption; and
Other related tasks in support of business operations.
Sourcing and Supplier Management:
Find reliable wholesale suppliers and distributors.
Sourcing online retailers
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Negotiate favorable terms, including pricing and minimum order quantities.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
Implement inventory optimization strategies.
Analyze and report on inventory performance.
Managing Inventory Lab
Order Processing and Customer Service:
Monitor order fulfillment and shipping tracking.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and refunds according to Amazon’s policies.
Financial Management:
Track and manage expenses, sales, and profitability.
Prepare financial reports and analyze product performance.
Ensure compliance with Amazon’s fee structure and taxation regulations.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Stay informed about Amazon’s policies and guidelines.
Ensure all product listings and operations comply with Amazon’s terms of service.
Address any policy violations or account issues promptly.
