We are seeking a Customer Service Returns Agent to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and satisfying returns experience.

Position Summary:
The Customer Service Returns Agent at Vivid Racing will be responsible for efficiently handling returns and exchanges initiated by our customers. This position is essential in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers and requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The Returns Agent will be in constant communication with vendors to obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) approvals, provide customers with RMA updates once items arrive, and confirm vendor credit once the RMA process is completed.
Key Responsibilities:
RMA Processing:
Communicate with customers via phone and email to initiate the returns process, ensuring all necessary information is collected.
Liaise with vendors via phone to obtain RMA approvals and maintain a record of approved RMAs.
Ensure compliance with Vivid Racing’s return policy and guidelines.
Communication:
Maintain constant communication with customers, providing updates on the status of their returns and exchanges.
Collaborate closely with vendors to obtain accurate and timely information regarding returned items and RMA approvals.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect returned items for damage and discrepancies, verifying that they meet the return guidelines.
Work with the warehouse team to properly categorize returned items.
Documentation:
Accurately maintain records of all returns and exchanges, including RMA approvals, shipping details, and credit information.
Customer Support:
Assist customers with any questions or concerns related to the returns process.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the returns process.
Vendor Credit Confirmation:
Coordinate with vendors to confirm the issuance of credit to customers after the RMA process is complete.
Ensure that vendor credits are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
