We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Product Sourcing Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and source profitable products to list on Amazon’s marketplace across various categories.
Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, demand, and competition, leveraging tools and software as necessary.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and wholesalers, both domestically and internationally.
Negotiate purchase prices, terms, and delivery schedules to maximize margins and ensure stock availability.
Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to align sourcing strategies with sales objectives.
Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to adjust buying strategies accordingly.
Stay updated on Amazon’s policies and market dynamics to adapt strategies as needed.
Report on sourcing activities, successes, and areas for improvement regularly.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in product sourcing, buying, or a similar role, preferably within an online retail or e-commerce environment.
Strong understanding of Amazon’s marketplace, including listing optimization, SEO, and Amazon advertising.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, understand market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in using sourcing tools, MS Office, and data analysis software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred but not required.
