Product Sourcing Associate

WHO WE ARE
MYCSelect is an e-commerce business mainly focused on selling shoes and apparel. Since 2019, we’ve been scaling our product sales, distribution, and reach.

ROLE
We are looking for a full-time employee who can perform product sourcing tasks to support the growth of our team. The Product Sourcing Associate will help research and source products for resale and keep operations running smoothly.

This role is designed for people who are self-motivated, can work with little oversight, are highly organized, and are interested in building their skill set. Prior knowledge and experience in e-commerce is not required. The position is for a full time team member (40 hours/week) who will grow with our company long term. Monthly salary will be starting at $650-700 USD based on your skills and level of relevant experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing (85-90% load):
– Source and analyze quality products for resale based on company standards
– Keep track of prior sources and leads for future reference
– Keep records of questions, ideas, and resources that can assist in future trainings
– Clearly communicate with and provide updates to the rest of the team
Administrative (10-15% load):
– Contribute to and maintain an organized product tracking system

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
– Fluent in English: exceptional written and verbal communication skills
– Any secondary employment cannot be a conflict of interest in terms of working for a competitor or starting a company that is in direct competition with MYCSelect
– Comfortable working environment at home
– Fast internet speed (applicants will be required to take an internet speed test)
– Able to use Google Sheets to a good standard
– Government issued ID (driver’s license, passport or other identification)
– Able to comprehend and follow instructions well
– Able to multitask and prioritize
– Detail oriented and organized
– Comfortable with constructive criticism
– Willing and eager to learn new skills and programs
