Product Sourcing Manager

Our team is searching for a talented product sourcing manager VA (4-6 hours per week) with 2+ years of previous e-commerce sourcing management experience to help order, reorder, and manage inventory for our e-commerce channels (Amazon, Etsy, Walmart., and Shopify)

TASKS:

• Finding and contacting suppliers for new product development on Alibaba?• Analyzing and negotiating supplier quotes
• Editing sourcing document templates provided (RFQs, Purchase Orders, Contracts, Inspection forms, etc)
• Analyzing inventory levels for reorder decisions
• Coordinating orders and shipments from multiple suppliers at a time
• Requesting shipping quotes from multiple freight forwarders for comparison
• Using the SoStocked platform to manage Amazon shipments?• Creating shipping plans in Seller Central
• Keeping track of multiple productions and timelines?• Updating inventory levels to multiple e-commerce channels?• Generating and implementing efficient sourcing and category management strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Speak & write in fluent English?• Have stable Wifi
• Experience using Click to view and supplier communication ?• Familiarity with WeChat and/or WhatsApp
• Familiarity using Slack for communication
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central?• Familiarity with Google Docs and Google Sheets
• At least 2 years of experience as a product sourcing manager
• Available for 4 hours per week (there may be the opportunity for some additional hours)?• Be able to work during China day timezone for efficient communication?

HOURS:
4-6 hours/ week??Note: Some weeks may be busier than others but 4-6 hours/week should be the average.

WAGE:
$10.00 USD/ hour ($160.00/ month)
