Product sourcing VA for amazon online arbitrage (UK)

I am looking for someone who can do product sourcing for my amazon FBA store, the job is based on an amazon business model called online arbitrage which involves sourcing products from retailers within the uk. This is different from other amazon FBA e-commerce business models so I would like to hire someone that has experience in online arbitrage.

I would like to hire someone who has experience in the following softwares:
– SellerAmp
– Keepa
– Google sheets (to record products sourced)

SellerAmp and Keepa are the softwares that I will provide for the product sourcing and deal analysing which will be fully paid for by myself.

I have my own personal criteria for products which we will go over beforehand to ensure you are suited for the job and able to source products within this criteria. I am looking for someone that i can have a good relationship with and can work long term with as in the future I would like to promote the candidate to purchasing manager for my business which would require a lot of loyalty and trust. I am very rewarding as an employer and will be happy to give out bonuses where my targets are consistently being met.

The role is full time – 40 hours per week however a big perk of this job is flexible working hours
The rate of pay for this assignment is PHP 25,000/month
You will be paid on a bi-monthly basis
If accepted, a full time role will be subject to a 1 week trial period at full pay (PHP 25,000/month)
