About the Position:
We are looking for a Product Support Specialist with a developer-level skill but has a passion for supporting customers. This is more than just a job; it is an educational mission to meet and exceed customer expectations. Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Respond to customer queries via telephone, CRM ticket, internet chat, and forums
• Understand and achieve goals that will be your responsibility as a Support Specialist
• Identify the customer’s situation and provide appropriate assistance
• Have fun

Required Skills:
• Technical proficiency in CSS, HTML, or JavaScript (and other programming languages) – MUST
• Good understanding of Content Management Systems.
• Knowledge of syncing and integrations between platforms.
• Very good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively while staying organized
• Ability to effectively solve customer problems
• Ability to remain composed when dealing with irate customers
• Previous experience in the eCommerce industry – ADVANTAGE

Work Schedule:
• This is a full-time position in a work-from-home setup. The work hours are 8.5 hours a day with 30 minutes lunch, 5 days a week
