What you’ll do:
This will be a pivotal role focused on elevating the experience of our core product. Your mission: to refine, enhance, and perfect every word, ensuring an unparalleled user experience.
– Product Refinement: Work closely with the product team to enhance the core product, focusing particularly on the questions in the game.
– Content Creation & Editing: Draft, review, and refine the card text to ensure clarity, coherence, and engagement. This includes grammar checks, tone alignment, and consistency across all cards.
– Data Entry & Management: Input card-related data into our system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. This involves meticulous attention to detail to avoid any errors or discrepancies.
– Content Filtering: Review and categorize card content, removing inappropriate or irrelevant information and ensuring it aligns with our brand message and product goals.
– Organization: Maintain a structured content storage, retrieval, and updates system. This ensures that all team members can access and understand the content efficiently.
– Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to the card content, working collaboratively with other departments as needed. This may include content ambiguities, logistical challenges, or feedback integration.
– User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with the UX/UI team to ensure that the written content contributes to an optimal user experience, keeping the end user’s perspective in mind at all times.
– Feedback Integration: Regularly collect feedback on the card content from internal teams and external users and integrate this feedback to refine the product continually.
– Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay updated with trends in writing, gaming, and relevant industries to bring fresh perspectives and ideas to the card content.
What you’ll bring:
– Proficient in crafting engaging, clear, and concise content with the ability to adapt writing style to various audiences and tones. Prior experience in creative writing, copywriting, or content development is a strong advantage.
– A keen attention to detail, ensuring content consistency, accuracy, and clarity.
– Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
– You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with broad responsibilities.
– You have the ability to operate independently, proactively, and cross-functionally with teams across the organization.
– You are a self-starter who works well with minimal supervision but shows excellent judgment about when to look to managers and teammates for guidance and when and how to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
– Most of all, a passion for flamingo cards and an excitement to help develop our brand message.
– A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, demonstrating a foundation in structured learning, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
