Production Artist
Overview:
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a detail oriented, enthusiastic Production Artist who has a strong understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator with a minimum of 2 years of production experience. This candidate will focus mainly on our Personal Creations brand. The successful candidate will have a portfolio that demonstrates strong sense of photo manipulation, aesthetic proficiency, problem solving skills, typography and outstanding color knowledge. Creativity and a passion to present unique ideas are highly appreciated. Must possess advanced skills in photo editing, typography, file management and production to succeed in a deadline sensitive environment.

What You’ll Do:
– Quickly gain an understanding of the brand and audience to execute photo-based and strategic production/design work.
– Create high-quality, organized files utilizing our existing photography to place different designs on one component.
– Work closely with Art Director, designers, and production to ensure optimal outcome for final materials.
– Proactively seek necessary information on project requirements to ensure clarity and alignment on timelines, deliverables, and assets.
What You Should Have:
– Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or related field.
– A minimum of 2 years of production design experience.
– Excellent Photoshop skills, a great eye for color, layout and details.
– A thorough understanding of branding.
– A strong portfolio demonstrating your process and execution of good design and production work.
– Expert skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
– Skills in InDesign
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– An ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high-quality work.
Must be a self-motivator, possessing the ability to work effectively with little supervision.
This is a work from home setup.
Salary Range: PHP 36,000 – PHP 40,000 per month
Preview Production Artist
Overview:
This is a remote position.
As a Preview Production Artist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality interactive preview templates for our site using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, in combination with Adobe Dynamic Media Classic (formerly known as Scene7).

What You’ll Do:
– Produce high-volume Scene7 templates and image previews.
– Implement changes and improvements based on feedback.
– Preserve image integrity through non-destructive editing techniques.
– Manage image uploads and review/approval notifications.
What You Should Have:
– At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
– Fluency in English, including solid written and verbal communication skills.
– Proven ability to collaborate, communicate progress, and address issues, concerns, and enhancements as a team.
– Detail-oriented and highly organized.
– Willingness and dedication to learn and master new software and processes.
– Ability to work well under pressure of tight deadlines without compromising accuracy.
– Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Technical Skills:
– Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
– Established skills in image editing, including experience in retouching, masking techniques, and color correction.
– Ideal candidate has a working knowledge and understanding of basic Dynamic Media Classic/Scene 7 concepts.
Creative Skills:
– A creative background and the ability to judge if an image is a good representation of a product, showing it in the best way in color and quality.
– Proactive thinking about what makes a good customer experience while previewing a product image.
