Production Content Manager

We’re seeking a highly organized and communicative Production Content Manager to oversee our content assets and streamline our content production processes. This role will work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Operations Manager (OM) to ensure all marketing and production teams have easy access to high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Asset Management:
– Request, retrieve, and organize photos, user-generated content (UGC), testimonials, b-roll footage, and high-quality video content
– Compile and organize all assets in a centralized drive, ensuring easy accessibility for team members
– Maintain separate, well-structured folders for photos and videos

2. Content Coordination:
– Liaise with photographers for studio and lifestyle photo shoots
– Coordinate with UGC creators for review and social media content
– Collaborate with professional video production teams for branding and lifestyle content

3. Video Asset Curation:
– Source UGC videos and b-roll footage from creators
– Work closely with the CMO to identify and provide necessary video clips for editors

4. Team Communication:
– Keep the marketing team informed about new assets from various sources via the designated marketing channel

5. Stakeholder Management:
– Maintain excellent relationships with internal teams, external creators, and service providers
– Work closely with the CMO to align content strategy with marketing objectives

– Proficiency in digital file management systems and collaborative tools
– Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
– Strong attention to detail and quality control
