We are looking for a full-time Production Concierge who will be providing customer service and administrative support while working remotely. We are an innovative jewelry company located in Canada that is growing quickly and looking to add to our team. The candidate will be responsible to ensure the client’s experience is stellar while their order is in progress.
This position is both client-facing and has responsibilities internal to the company to ensure the customer is fully satisfied. You are required to have excellent English written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable talking on the phone. You must be super organized and detail oriented. You must have a strong Internet connection and be able to work during our hours of operations (Mon – Fri, 9:30am – 6pm EST).
Key Responsibilities:
Client facing:
Be the main point of contact for anything order/production related
Answer phone calls and respond to emails to provide clients with updates on their orders
Schedule and organize meetings with clients
Act as liaison with manufacturing to get individual order updates
Keep clients in loop and make sure they don’t go more than 1 week without update
Keep track of client’s due date and ensure production timelines work towards that
Production support:
Follow up with vendors on specific orders/repairs to ensure timelines are adhered to
Detect production bottlenecks (ie. new orders that haven’t been placed) and move it along
Assist in order placing as needed
Update backend costing
Create appraisals as required
Create invoice and process payment
Requirements:
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Comfortable applying pressure on peers/vendors when required to ensure client order deadlines are met
Effective problem solving skills
Good practical experience with online calendars and scheduling is desired
Logistics master
Previous experience working as a Virtual Assistant or other relevant position is a plus
What we offer:
40,000-55,000php/month salary (based on qualification assessed during interview process)
Upon successful passing of a probationary period:
13th month bonus pay (pro-rated depending on start date)
